MY LIFE’S STORY
My journey into wellness began after years of severe anemia, followed by surgery on both legs. These experiences taught me the vital role of energy - for physical recovery, mental health, and emotional resilience. I realized that true well-being goes beyond the scale; I aimed to be strong & fit rather than just slim. This shift ignited my passion for nutrition, behavior change, & self-care. Lasting change is possible, & vitality can be reclaimed.

IMMERSIVE CARE
Purpose (Program Participants): Commit to long-term transformation with consistent guidance.
If you're seeking a comprehensive, long-term approach, the Onward (8 weeks) and Elevate (10 weeks) programs are tailored to support deeper transformation. These programs include weekly personalized coaching sessions, focused on the areas most important to you.
We will track your progress, refine strategies, and keep you motivated to ensure sustainable and lasting results.
MOMENTUM GROUP PROGRAM
For those who thrive in a group dynamic, this program (max 5 participants) fosters support, accountability, and shared learning. Each month, we focus on different wellness topics, providing tools and strategies for lasting change. The Momentum program offers a smaller, personalized group environment to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
ONGOING CARE
After completing a program or service, you can opt for ongoing support to maintain momentum.
Through regular check-ins, flexible sessions, and email guidance, I’ll help you stay on track with your goals and make adjustments as needed.
This continuous support ensures you remain accountable and empowered on your wellness journey at a pace that works for you.

GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Purpose: To provide clarity and transparency, ensuring you feel informed and confident about your journey with me.

Online Format: All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Access details, including meeting links and passwords, will be provided in your confirmation email.

Session Scheduling:

When booking monthly services or programs, you will select the date and time for your first session. Future sessions will be scheduled during or after the initial session based on mutual availability.

For the Momentum group program, the 60-minute weekly sessions will have predefined group times, while the 1:1 20-minute sessions can be scheduled at a convenient time for each participant during the week.

Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with written notice provided at least three days in advance.
Cancellation and Refunds:

You may withdraw from services within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email.

If you choose to cancel after the program has started (e.g., after completing one or more sessions), you will be refunded for any sessions not yet conducted. For example, if two sessions of a €350 program have already been completed, you will receive a 50% refund (€175).
This ensures a smooth and seamless experience.
